Common questions (Shopify app)

How much does it cost?

A one-time charge per campaign (currently USD 199), billed through Shopify. A Sandbox for testing is included with each campaign. There is no subscription.

Can I try it first?

Yes. On a Shopify development store all purchases are test charges, so you can try every feature without paying. Each campaign also includes a Sandbox where you can test with test backers before going live.

Where do my backers manage their pledge?

In your store. Backers sign in with their store account and open Manage my pledge. Their pledge is given to them as store credit, which they spend on their reward and any add-ons at your normal checkout.

Do normal shoppers see backer prices?

No. Campaign prices apply only inside Manage my pledge. Your normal shoppers see your normal prices.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Shopify asks us to delete your store's data about 48 hours after you uninstall, and we do. Export what you want to keep first. See our Privacy Policy.
