These terms

These terms govern your purchase and use of Native Pledge Manager, a WordPress and WooCommerce plugin. Native Pledge Manager is a product operated by Deewang Ltd, [BUSINESS POSTAL ADDRESS].

License scope

A Native Pledge Manager license covers one production WordPress site and one campaign. It is a lifetime license: once purchased and activated, it stays fully operational permanently, subject to the revocation policy below.

Your responsibility for backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your WordPress site, database, and any exported campaign data. We are not responsible for data loss on your own site or hosting environment.

No guarantee of uninterrupted third-party service

Native Pledge Manager depends on your own WordPress and WooCommerce environment and on our license service being reachable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party service your site depends on. Temporary API failures, timeouts, or stale local license checks do not, on their own, restrict a paid campaign — see License & Updates.

Support

Support is available by contacting us. We don't guarantee a specific response time.

Update availability

Plugin updates are made available through the WordPress plugin update mechanism to licensed, active campaigns. Update availability follows the same license status as the rest of the plugin's functionality.

Revocation

We may revoke a campaign license following a confirmed full refund, a confirmed chargeback, or a confirmed finding of fraud or abuse. Revocation blocks campaign writes and new campaign purchases, and retains campaign views and exports.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deewang Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Native Pledge Manager. This section is a draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publishing.
